ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. take kimited tea.. sisa hi h..ki tea se km hota h..but limit te coffee when breastfeeding your baby After 6 month complete you can start weaning your child with simple foods that are prepared at home or cerelac, nestum kind of Pre- prepared baby foods. At that time you can also start giving water but it is always preferable to avoid using salt sugar and honey till 1 year. Continue breastfeeding the baby but you should make sure that you are either giving breastfeed or formula Milk but not animal milk before 1 year. You can give rice porridge Ragi porridge mashed soft fruits like Banana Chiku Apple Puree and other seasonal fruits like mangoes, watermelons etc.
