#asktheexpert kya 1 year ke baby ko jo lactose intolerant h usko abhi tk main Zerolac ve rai thi,kya ab nai usko Amul ka lactose free milk de skti hu? Ye lactose free h na,isse koi prob to nai hogi

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yea you can give baby lactose free milk and also give baby in limited amount first and if it suits to your baby then you can increase it and also can give baby almond milk or coconut milk too. Take care
