for appropriate growth give good proteins and calories milkshakes lassi sheera paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice
make nuts powder made up of cashew almonds and dry dates and add in milk daily
mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee
keep the food consistency soft to liquidy
