ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, your baby's weight is fine, do not worry. you should give top food only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
