Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. do your mother and average weight for a 2 to 3 years child should be in between 12 kgs to 14.2 Kg is still it can vary according to the birth weight of the child as well as the the pattern your baby is in taking the food if he is eating good and a little bit of fluctuation is there in the growing age then there is nothing to get worried
