A. she is 3 year old, just feed all family food, including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar. h

A. You pretty girl should be giving each and every thing whatever you are traditionally cooking at home is a ride to be given to the child because it has each and every day that is going to be the best food to be offered for overall growth and nutrition
