Once your baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days keep everything in a fluid form. Like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit speedy. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day

U Always start with the light food that is the water of rice and Dal and slowly gradually you can shift to other things like porridge khichadi vegetable purée soups fruits of all kinds you can give mashed banana mashed potato all these things are very healthy to be given to the child from the beginning itself
