After 1 year, there are variety of foods that can be included in the diet like legumes, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, veg cutlet, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, seadonal fruits, dalia, ghee and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
