SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello good evening. it can due to any vitamin deficiency, In case of the patches patches are due it can even be birth marks it can be fungal infection or worms too then you can use antifungal creams which will work and monitor and see doctor
