AAMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Try to give fresh seasonal fruits .. Give apple, pear, banana, papaya, mango, chiku, vegetables like potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, dry fruits, include diary products like milk, curd, ghee, give eggs and chicken.

just make sure that the baby is healthy and does not get sick too frequently .
you can give three meals and 2 mid meal in a day.
prefer different varieties of homemade food. Ragi oats full fat yogurt mangoes eggs Almonds potato sweet potato and banana are major weight gain foods.
