#AskTheExpert kid is not eating properly but overall he keeps playing and is active also but the main issue is he don't eat properly only he is drinking mother milk whereas upper food very less. He is eleven months old. Can you please guide.

please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
as it might happen because of teething, please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child
provide silicone teether
offer soft food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc to your child
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
