ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. The sound present during feeding is mostly when baby is not able to drink the milk properly either due to gas in stomach or due to wrong feeding position. So hold in correct position comfortable for baby and give 3 to 4 burps after each feed . so hold properly and burp well

Newborns breathe through their noses, and their tiny nasal passages tend to get congested easily. Their digestive system is also developing, so babies tend to make noise if they're hungry, passing gas, or having a bowel movement.
