Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. कृपया मौखिक गुहा में अल्सर/दर्द वाले क्षेत्र पर ज़ाइटी जेल/डोलोगेल लगाएं। आप जेल लगाने के लिए अपनी उंगली का उपयोग कर सकते हैं और उंगली को मौखिक गुहा में आँख बंद करके घुमा सकते हैं। इस जेल के अंतर्ग्रहण के बारे में चिंता न करें। इससे दर्द कम होने के साथ-साथ तेजी से ठीक होdने में भी मदद मिलेगी। इस समस्या के लिए डॉक्टर से सलाह लेने के बाद मल्टीविटामिन सप्लीमेंट शुरू करने की भी सलाह दी जाती है। बच्चे को आहारd में तरल पदार्थ/जूस दें। देखें कि बच्चा कब्ज से पीड़ित तो नहीं है। सुधार न होने पर डॉ. से मिलें

Sometimes it could be due to eating spicy food and sometimes it could be due to deficiency of vitamin B in the body so you can start with vitamin B complex for the child for the time being and see if that helps otherwise you can check with your doctor for this
