#AskTheExpert it's been eight months since delivery. did nt get my periods yet. I am 34 years

A. It can be Lactational amenorrhea,that's normal and nothing to worry about it. No any natural ways or any medication is good for forced to help you get your periods. Make sure you are not pregnant as even if u do not get your periods u may be pregnant, do check upt once. ok
