Q.

#AskTheExpert it's been almost 9 months since I deliver my second child through csec. I got my periods second time this month and first I got in April. and there's so much flow more than usual in all these two periods. how long it will last. or is it normal to get heavy periods ? also I usually feel lethargic all through the day since 2-3 months,I feel lack of energy, my legs get tired so much if I go up-down stairs. plz suggest something

A. Vitamin rich food is very important after c section. It helps in repairing tissues and assist in the production of collagen which helps in making the new tissues, skin and ligaments. Vegetables like spinach, broccoli and fenugreek are a good source of vitamin A and C, it also has dietary calcium and iron.
