ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. you need to control with your thyroid level so have follow up with your doctor for if there is some need to change your doors to be taken and also you need to follow regular daily walking meditation and yoga in order to control your thyroid
