Q.

#AskTheExpert It's been 6 months i don't have my periods and I'm too tense now. I went to the doctor n he suggested that I should lose weight but due to my office routine I'm unable to lose weight. Please suggest. Shall I take any medicine for force period.

A. hi mom if you are breastfeeding then periods can be irregular don't worry for your weight loss consult a qualified dietitian we plan diet as per your timings and schedule and which is practical for you

A. #AskTheExpert No Charul not breastfeeding. Actually I take my dinner by 1 - 2 o'clock at night and also I'm taking lychen planus medicine which includes the steroids due to which my weight increases. So I cannot reduce my weight due to that. Visited the doc they are saying to reduce the weight not even prescribing any medicine.
