Q.

#asktheexpert it's been 3 months post pregnancy and I am still having pelvic and back pain . I am doing pelvic floor exercises daily once or twice but still experiencing pain, unable to tilt from one side to other in bed.please advise

A. see pelvic exercise eill not help in back pain. better that you can do dome bavk exercise as per the doctor advice and then try to taje calcium daoly too ok

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
