#AskTheExpert It's been 3 months after my delivery. I am experiencing immense hairfall. What should be done to control this?

A. it's normal it's due to hormonal changes take a well balanced nutritious diet add egg in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
