#asktheexpert It's been 20days since i delivered a baby.. I have low milk supply and I am feeding formula milk also to my baby.. I have been trying to increase my milk supply... Can you please suggest me what to do...

A. dear mum the more u breastfeed more will be the milk supply. foods like methi, green leafy veg, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can increase the milk supply

A. Hello my dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breast milk directly, the better milk supply. Latch your baby, well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby to suck well. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
