A. Hello Mom! Give your son small and frequent meals which are rich in nutrients and calories. Give him aloo cheese paratha, paneer frankie, moong dosa + sambhar, curd rice for lunch/ dinner and dry fruit ladoo, dal pakoda, fruit lassi etc for snacks.
