#AskTheExpert it's 5 months of my delivery and I have full hairfall and periods have not started yet is this normal?

A. this is because of lactational amenorrhea there are no periods Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

A. Hi mom Hairfall and irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Apply onoin juice mixed with coconut oil on the scalp to stop hair from falling. Have diet rich in protein to control hairfall. Breastfeeding mothers tend to get periods late and as late as one year. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular
