#asktheexpert it's 3 months and 9 days...how long can baby stay without feeding... and why do they remove so much milk from mouth

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl5 months agoA. Three to four hours maximum, if the quality of breast milk is good. If the breast milk contains more water the baby will withstand only few hours. After every feeding please ensure proper burping from the baby mouth. If not removal of milk will be more in the baby mouth.
