#AskTheExpert it has been 20 days to my normal delivery, please suggest diet what should be excluded , can I eat parantha and other regular items

A. hi mom yes you can eat everything but avoid high calories excess fatty or fried or suagry goods for unnecessary weight gain, these things to be taken in limitations have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself
