A. Hello pls stop binge eating of foods like chips, waffers, bakery products, Biscuits, chocolate, sugar laden foods Give only natural home cooked foods at fixed timings The foods should be right, even if child eats less, it is fine. let child feel hungry & realise the sensation

A. hello...Lots of kids do that and it's a phase generally which passes soon...always give variety of foods to kids so that they don't lose in interest in the meals...give kids friendly meals in attractive plates with fav cartoon character on it...give finger foods so they eat on their own...keep trying make meal time interesting by rewarding if they finish the food on plate...give coconut water/ Ajwain water for appetite and soups..
