A. Hello ma’am I’m not hundred percent sure whether it is durable and not but I can just tell you if you take medicine at the right time you can control it to a certain extent and after that it is normally said if you go for a proper workout and if you maintain your diet as well then you do not gain much of a wait and also if you work out heavily then you can even lose down your weight
