Q.

#AskTheExpert Is there no medicine (In liquid form) for 28 days baby for Thyroid??? My 28 days old baby girl's report says her TSH is 7.49, and doctor prescribed 25mcg Thyronorm but half tablet everyday.. No liquid medicine for new born??

A. you can. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. hi..there is no liquid form I believe, you can powder the tablet and mix it with mother's milk,please confirm the same with doctor as well.we started this medicine for our baby this way when she was 28 days old and now she is more than 2 years doing absolutely fine.
