Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi breastmilk is produced at cost of mother's nutritional stores .it is almost 90% water which comes from the mother's body .so if you are fasting and exclusively breastfeeding then definitely it can make you dehydrated and weak. so if possible please avoid it .
