RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. 3 KG minimum is a healthy weight gain when a child takes birth with it so right now your child is having good weight gain you have another three or four weeks to your delivery you can make your child gain better by having more of proteins but right now this is very good
