#asktheexpert is it true that if the babies don’t wear caps their heads get bigger and it hets difficult for them to turn for crawling

A. no it is totally a misconception lksand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. hi mom. definitely it is not true that the babies head will grow bigger if the child is not wearing cap. cap is worn only because the head area is larger in surface and there is high chance of reduction of the body temperature because of exposure to the outside temperature. so if the head is covered with the cap the baby's temperature of the body will be maintained
