Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. there is no problem if the child is sleeping on the side or the child is sleepicng on the tummy.
the important thing is that if the child is not having any difficulty in breathing as well as respiration and digestion problem then you can continue to let the child sleep as well as give feeding in this position.
but if you feel that the child is having regular coughing as well as breathcing difficulty then you have to change the position of the child
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Side sleeping is usually safe once your baby is older than 4 to 6 months and rolls over on their own after being placed on their back. And always put your baby to sleep on their back until the age of 1 year. Tell your baby's pediatrician if you notice a preference for side sleeping in the first three months.
