Oh it is safe I would not say it is not saved but I would actually say it is not a good thing to be done because if the child is constantly having congestion that means there is a problem which needs a permanent solution how long can you go ahead with nebulising the child so it’s better to figure out the right reason I believe it’s mostly due to an allergy so a treatment can be taken by a homeopathic doctor and I think that’s going to be a better choice for you
