Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. Food containing all types of cereals like rice dal and protein sources like egg soyabean or paneer also green leafy vegetable and fruits for a complete diet . Protein powder like pediasure can be started after 2 yr of age .
