Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Yes definitely ok. The baby will get the needed antibodies to fight such infections in the future from the mother's milk. If u don't want a direct contact u may express the milk and let others feed the baby through spoon. Properly sanitize yourself before handling the baby.
