yes it is ok
instead of it ,you can serve food items like Ragi , nuts, paneer , curd, ghee, dried fruits which are also good source of calcium.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day for formation of vitamin D.
try to encourage your child by buying special cup or glass as per your child choice.
I would suggest Babyhug brand cup for this.
