Q.

#AskTheExpert is it necessary for a paedetrician to be available in the operation theatre at the time of delivery? I am 33 weeks pregnant and in my hospital paedetrician is available on call only.

A. Unless there is high-risk pregnancy there is no need of a pediatrician to be present and after delivery also you can take the baby for a consult if required.Write Your Answer Here
