ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. avoid bottles as it causes nipple confusion. baby might not breastfeed well. also it ls common source of infection if sterility not maintained. . first feed with spoon make her habitual to bottle by giving expressed breast milk . use bottle only if absolutely necessary try breastfeeding her for a few minutes then shift to bottle in the middle of the feeding. or offer bottle when hungry and sleepy. check if bottle nipple, flow rate is suitable .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you may use . but it is best to offer direct breastfeeding. so if possible please offer breastfeeding with different feeding positions.
