#asktheexpert is it compulsory to give cow milk to breastfeeding 18 month old baby girl weight 12.5 kg.(BW- 3.4 kg) and how much cow milk in a day should enough?

A. No it is not compulsory it is totally your choice but yes we do say that you should start with a complimentary feeding because when you decide to quit breastfeeding that is also going to take time so if your child would already be on another milk also it would be easier to begin with you can approximately include 250 ML of milk in a day to start with along with breastfeeding
