can give jaggery with milk to 12 month running baby what should give to weight gain as birth weight is 3 kg now only 7.7 kg

A. hello I am giving her milk wheat roti, suji upma with tomato , banana , beet root, sweet potato also vitam D3 drop -Anda D3 0.5 ml one time calcimax plus - 5 ml one time tonoferron ..6 drop once in day

A. Hi, usually the baby will get triple the birth weight by one year. The baby weight is less. Give five semisolid feed in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed and two hours of gap to any liquid feel like fresh fruit juice, Dal water, soup, coconut water, water. Continue breastfeeding until 1.5 years. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses, porridge in a week so that the baby get nutrients equally. Always give lukewarm water after feeding anything. Expose your baby to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a day.ContinueWrite Your Answer Here
