Give 5-6 Nutrient dense meals to the baby
Add some Nuts powder in the milk

Give five semisolid feed in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed and two hours of gap to any liquid feel like fresh fruit juice, Dal water, soup, coconut water, water. Continue breastfeeding until 1.5 years. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses, porridge in a week so that the baby get nutrients equally.
