Q.

#asktheexpert is it compulsory to give cerelac or lactogen kinds of food to toddlers or normal food is enough for them? does their immunity increase on giving these additional foods. does normal food satisfy the nutrition needs for baby

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is not necessary to give baby cerelac or formula milk. If your baby is having proper breast feeding and home made semi solid food then it is fine . Also start any animal milk after the age of one year. Thanks and take care
