A. Hi dear good morning In room temperature you can store for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. And to heat the milk. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners
