#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor As I'm planning to go back to work. Please advice me till how much time we can preserver Breastmilk in room temperature. Is it advisable to refrigerate it, after refrigerate should we need to boil the milk and then give it to baby? How much ml approx baby needs a milk. my babies weight is 10kg.

Baby can take around 750 ml of milk in a day. U can store the breast milk at the room temperature for 5-6 hours and in refrigerator for 24 hours and in deep freezer for two months. Take care
