#AskTheExpert Is it advisable for a 6 month feeding mothers not to take milk in order to follow a diet plan for reducing weight?

A. Dear mum, you can surely have milk even if you are trying to reduce your weight. You can have low fat milk and milk products like curd, paneer. Eat mindfully and have an active lifestyle.
