ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No.. only breast milk is important for first 6 month of life. No other foods or fluids – including water – are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand .

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Gripe water can be given only when she's having some colic issue Otherwise it's not needed You may give her anti colic drops like colicade or colimax in place of gripe water. Some gripe water contain much sugar so please he careful
