Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. cow milk is definitely healthy option but as recommended by the doctor it should be started 1 year onwards only before that mothers milk or formula milk should be given as it is the said that animal milk is not easily digestible by the kids under 1 year of the age
