AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes Cow milk is good for one year baby. U can give it. Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Now u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now.
