ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, it is better to avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods. these are not as healthy as homemade food. for convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac. give it after completion of 6 months.
