Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes it is . kindly don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day because a good Urine output indicates that your child is getting enough milk.
