#asktheexpert is bottle milk necessary for a 1 year old baby. My pediatrician says that mothers milk quality keeps reducing after 6 months and baby needs to be fed by external milk powder. Is it true?

A. as the baby grows it is important that the baby also take solids as ragi porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana puree mashed boiled as fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot papaya apple pear sapota banana pumpkin.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time only milk will not meet the nutrition.. along with milk solids has to given..
