#asktheexpert is 18kg adequate for my 7yr9mnth old daughter? she dsnt have much health issues but complains abt stomach pain at times mostly after food

Give some light food like khichadi curd rice dal rice
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give adequate water
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give colicaid drops
